• Yes, make calls receive (answer) calls and place people on hold/mute with a volume adjustment button.

• You will be able to answer calls on the H390 when it is hooked up to your computer. This will not answer calls on phones or tablets. If you want answer calls on your phone or tablet, you'll want to look at the H800 model.
