• The cord is 7 ft and 9 inches. I don't know how these other responses came up with their lengths. I guess the one that says approx. 8 ft is close to mine.

• Cord is 8' per product description and it only has a usb connection. I have made calls via Skype with this headset if that is what you are asking.
