• Yes, works great -- just be sure to select the correct sound source and go through the setup with the headphones. The stiff mice arm keeps the mike at a consistent distance from your mouth for easy setup and optimal operation. Works great for me!

• Without having actually used Dragon 13, I can still say that this headset should work fine with any typical desktop or laptop computer that has separate jacks for a microphone and headphones. The sound quality is quite good. The microphone sound quality should be more than adequate for speech-recognition by such apps as Dragon 13.
