This one comes with a mic, which you wouldn't use if you're trying to be quiet, so I don't think this model is for you.

It would not work with your Galaxy S10+. However, to answer your question of whether to get noise-canceling or ear buds- it really depends on what you're wanting to use it for. Noise canceling is nice when you're in a noisy environment like an airport or train... But if I were just walking down the street or driving, or even riding a bike, I would want to hear a little bit of my surroundings for safety reasons.
