It does say it has noise canceling and I always have music playing in the background haven’t heard any of my customers saying they hear music. Also my dog barking in the background sometimes.

The mic is designed to cut out all background noise so the person you're talking to doesn't hear it, but you would still probably hear the background noise. -Weston from Logitech
