I have used the Logitech H390 USB Headset with Noise Canceling Microphone for virtual meetings/workshops using Zoom and Acrobat Connect and able to communicate with all participants. Just make sure that you test the headset for sound and mic. You will have to configure it with the software. As long as everyone in the same virtual room, everyone will be able to hear and speak to each other.

Hello Jc. The H390 must be used with a computer and corresponding program. If the program allows you to talk to 3 people, then you just plug in the USB and you're ready to go!
