• I don't think there will be much difference in the quality. I've found this to be a nifty device and most webinar platforms demonstrate connectivity issues with Bluetooth headsets.

• The H540 will definitely do the job, and I didn't find any lower priced headsets that would.

• I am not familiar with the H390 but I can vouch for the clarity of the H540 mic. Check the specs on the Logitech website.
