Does the mic come off the headsets? Don't need the mic. null

Don't see that it can there however is a microphone mute button

It does not come off, however, it folds out of the way alongside above the right earpiece... you don't even know its there. You may not need the mike, but if in the future you come to use Skype, you will really appreciate having it.

No, or at least, I think you would break it if you tried. However, the mic folds out of the way, which is how I usually use it.
