• No. The device should recognize the usb audio and let you select which you want to use

• If you have an open USB port, then you won't have to unplug the speakers. You may, however, have to switch your audio output.

• Hello Jack. You will be able to leave both plugged in. You can choose your output device in the audio settings on your computer.
