A:AnswerHi Rose, the K380 is a Bluetooth only keyboard. It does not have a cable or USB adaptor to connect to the computer/laptop. I'm sorry that you are locked out of your computer/laptop. You will need to get a wired keyboard or a keyboard with a USB receiver in order to unlock your computer.
A:AnswerMine lags occasionally, but solely when I have my keyboard, mouse, and earbuds connected through bluetooth. I just try to avoid having all three going at once!

The logitech K3 80 Bluetooth keyboard ended up being the most cheapest Bluetooth keyboard I found at my particular Best Buy store and in my opinion it was by far better than the other ones I saw so I would highly recommend this one.
