• It could be something with the device your pair it with. I pair this with a 13 in laptop thats a 2018 model and it stays paired all day. I can even sleep the laptop but leave the keyboard on and when I wake it, its connected and working.

• Hello, the K380 has a built in power save feature to conserve battery when the keyboard is not in use.
