• Yes, I used it my self and have used it working on all img that come with NOOBS.

• Yes! It's extremely easy depending on your set up. If you're booting windows on the rasp, just plug in and let windows update do it's thing. It uses the logitech unifying receiver which means you'll be able to use many other logitechs at the same time.
