can you hook this to a dell monitor null

I use an HDMI cable through a 52" Sharp TV. I have an Asus laptop. The keyboard uses an USB wifi dongle that I use with the laptop. It does come with a range extender. So, it should work fine if using it through a laptop. It's also designed to work alone with a smart TV. So, it should also work if projecting from a smart TV to a monitor, as long as the TV is the primary connection.

It will not connect directly to a Dell monitor. The K400 is for PC connected TVs and will still require a PC connection to function.
