I don't have a mac, but I asked this question in-store and was told no, this keyboard is for windows or smart TVs only.

Yes, I use it with a circa 2006 iMac that does not have Bluetooth. Not all gestures will work, but the basic ones do.

It should be. I have the backlit Logitech keyboard and they both use the same "unifying" receiver. Just download the "Setpoint" program for mac from the logitech website for full functionality.

Yes, it works but Mac can't identify the keyboard type automatically so it'll prompt you to manually select English.

Yes, however the layout of the special keys are different than a Mac's traditional layout so you will need to get adjusted to that. I am typing this on a K400 to test. The touchpad works as well.
