• 10 5/8 inch long and 1/2 inch wide slot . Only a thinly cased tablet will fit in the slot.

• The tray is a 7mm, just under .5 inch opening. Very comfortable for iPad Air 2. The tray is long enough side-to-side to place iPad in landscape view or vertically with enough space for iPhone in the tray also.

• I had to remove my iPad cover to fit it into the slit. It is very steady when in the slit--does not tip over. iPhone works with it too!

• The opening is just over 10" wide. My Isignia 10.1 inch table fits in landscape mode. The table is about 1/2" thick and fits with some wiggle room to spare.
