• This keyboard is a solar charged keyboard. No batteries and no wires what so ever. It charges from my light above or when I have my blinds up from the window. I have never, in the last 8 years, had a problem with this keyboard being charged. I'm betting you will love this keyboard if you purchase it.

• This great keyboard charges with ambient light. It also has a small battery (CR2032) to keep it alive.
