• The mouse on the MX800 combo, sold on Amazon, doesn't light up like the keyboard. If I were you, I'd buy the keyboard and the G502 from Best Buy. Together, they're currently cheaper at Best Buy than the combo sold on Amazon.

• There is a K800 keyboard and mouse combination package called the MX800. I am not sure if Best Buy offers it but Amazon does.

• Can't really answer your question for other keyboards, but I can tell you that this one does not come with a mouse. However, it is compatible with all other Logitech devices (mouse, etc) and can be paired to a single USB with the Logitech Unifying software. I presently have this keyboard plus 2 other mouses (mice?) connected to the single Unifying USB and they all work great.
