Does this keyboard run on batteries? If so, where are they located? Because I haven’t own this keyboard every long , and it isn’t working now. Thank you for your help. null

The battery is built into the keyboard. It recharges with the supplied USB cable. There is a micro USB port on the back edge of the keyboard nearly lined up with the green battery status lights.

The battery department is at the bottom of the keyboard towards to top and directly in the center. You have to use a Phillips screwdriver to open the compartment door.

There is a little mini USB jack on the back of the keyboard (not underneath). Plug it in and the charges last about a week, longer if you remember to turn it off in between

Hello, no this is a rechargeable keyboard. It uses a micro USB cable in order to charge. The port is located at the top of the keyboard where the on/off switch is located.
