• No, you can use only on devices that would accept USB keyboards, and than use it wirelessly by plugging the dongle on the device's USB port.

• It has a USB wireless plug so as far as I know unless you have a USB plug on your phone then no but I have not tried

• In my opinion, NO. The keyboard comes with a USB dongle which is required to allow the keyboard to communicate with the device. I am however, not an expert.
