• Yes, there is a small LED on the caps lock key itself.

• No Caps On Light; the keyboard is illuminated/back-lite, and the caps lock key is illuminated in both caps on and caps off. No separate indicator light for caps on (on Num Lock, for that matter). The screen briefly flashes a Caps Lock On / Caps Lock Off when you toggle caps lock on an off. But you can't tell by looking at the keyboard.

• Yes - it has a light letting you know that the caps button is locked.
