I can't get my keyboard to type anything? null

Check your connections - If still not able to type anything, ask the Geeks.

Make sure the internal battery is charged - has to be plugged in and be re-charged.

I had the same issue at first. After a full charge I no longer have this issue.

For what it is worth. I forgot to flip the 'On' switch to ON. Also I just keep my keyboard plugged in as that means I don't have to worry about keeping it charged.

Yeah, that's typical of the K800. Replace it with the new K780. You'll be happier.
