“I have been using this keyboard consistently for weeks, but now it won't work. When I turn it on, the red light in the battery section flickers on for one second and goes out. It's been lying in direct sunlight for hours to no avail. Can someone help?”

The K 800 not a solar charged device. You need to have your paired device on and connected via usb to a small port on the top edge of the keyboard to charge it. My guess is if you plug it into a computer that's on via the USB charging cord it will recharge if the battery isn't toast from being overtaxed by not charging it. It takes several hours to recharge but should last for weeks with moderate use. You'll see a ladder pattern green light as it charges until it's charged.

The keyboard should have come with a micro USB charging cable, If it did not any standard micro USB charging cable will work.
