just bought this and keys no longer light up help null

Look at the manual. There is a function key to toggle the backlight on/off. Once on it will shut off when you aren’t typing , but relight when your handed a in proximity

Hello, we would advise to make sure that the keyboard has a full charge. The F5 and F6 keys adjust the brightness control on the backlight. The backlight will be more prevalent in low lighting situations. If you need further help, please visit us for support at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us

Make sure it's fully charged then cycle the on and off switch a couple of times. You should have 3 green lights if it's fully charged.
