• I think it should cos, it is a Bluetooth enabled device. It connects wireless to my TV. I did not use the dongle as well. It just simply connects. Same with the laptop as well. As long as your TV allows bluetooth enabled devices to be added, it should work.

• No sure about LG 4k tv as I would need to know the model you are talking about it. It does work with android. For apple it works on Apple computer but I do not know if it works on iPhone or iPad.
