“My keyboard keeps restarting, or crashing. The lights go blank and then re-illuminate streaming from top to bottom. What can I do? I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in. Continues to have the same behavior.”

You could try holding FN while pressing F12. This lets you choose between a few different illumination settings. If that's truly what's happening with your keyboard, then it's not a problem. Otherwise, return it. I believe it has a year's warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I say exchange it. You may have gotten one of those 1/100 or even 1/1000 defective keyboard. Nothing is perfect. Mine works excellent though. My advice is give another one a try and if does the same thing, then move on to a different mechanical keyboard.
