Works with any Bluetooth device. I have paired it with my iPad Air, iPhone, and Dell Win8 tablet.

You can use it for any other device that can accept Bluetooth connected keyboard. Can also use it with your Apple TV.

This keyboard will work with any Bluetooth enabled iPad. It is just a keyboard - one of the benefits IMO.
