• The M100 should work fine with this Dell Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 FHD Laptop since it has two USB-A ports for it to plug into. Hope that this helped and that all is going well. Best Regards, Richard from Logitech

• It looks like Dell Inspiron 7000 dates from 1999 and that it doesn't have USB. So while this mouse will work with essentially any USB computer, it looks like yours is not.
