• Hello, this mouse is compatible with MacOS but uses a USB-A connection. You would need a USB-A to USB-C adapter in order for it to work. -Danielle from Logitech

• no you can't, unless you gonna buy a type c adapter that has a usb port for the mouse and laptop, that way you can use it as third party connector, hope you find this helpful
