Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are different versions of Bluetooth, my old laptop (2015) had an older version (didn't work). The Logitech needs the newer version of Bluetooth. If you have a USB-C slot, a USB-A to USB-C adapter will make the dongle work.
