Given Apple's penchant for non-standard connectors, probably not. Product comes with a USB plug-in for connectivity.

When doing so, however, some features, such as the forward and back scrolling ball on the top of the mouse, may not work at all for you. Unfortunately, there is no commercial software available that I am aware of to offer a fix. There may be something available through the GNU. https://www.gnu.org/
