• Open the control panel click hardware and sound click mouse. In the mouse properties window, click the button tab and click the switch primarily and secondary check box.

• I use mine with both hands depending on what I'm doing. Just practice with it, and the appropriate fingers on your left hand will get used to it. I'm predominantly right-handed, but it works fine with my left as well.

• You have to change your "hand" with your computer settings for your mouse. Easy Peezy!

• You would control this in your operating system settings. In Win10 it's Settings/Devices/Mouse/Primary button (L or R)

• Yes it works fine for either hand you can adjust the settings in the control panel for it without a problem
