• My 10 year old Logitech optical wireless mouse does click when you turn the scroll wheel. However, the wireless Logitech optical mouse I purchased recently also clicks, but the clicking interval is much closer in between, and the clicking sound is not as loud.

• The Logitech M325 has a silent wheel. Before I started using this I was using a Microsoft 1850 Wireless Mouse. It was a better fit for me. Also, it had a silent wheel as well, along with a heavier feel I liked.
