The mouse doesn't work well on slick smooth surfaces like glass or polished surfaces. Try using a mousepad or a simple paper pad
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that the surface you are running the mouse over is not reflective. make sure the optics aren't blocked. Turn the mouse over, there shouldn't be anything in the way of the "eye". Use a mouse pad or some surface that is a smooth surface with a solid color. If the problem persists change the battery. Also make sure the dongle is plugged into your computer completely. If you still have problems the mouse may be bad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It might be the surface that the mouse is moving over. Some surfaces won't provide the best reflection for the laser and so it will appear to be jumpy, start/stop, slow, etc. If your having problems with it moving, try it on a different surface or get the mouse-pad out. The battery might also be dieing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your usb ports and try to used other usb port on your laptop or desktop

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes it's a weak battery. Try changing them to see if the problem goes away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This all depends on the batteries you are using or the software drivers for the mouse that are installed on your computer/laptop. I had a similiar problem in which the response time was 1-3 seconds. There are two settings in windows that can be changed easily from the control panel to make the mouse operate better. First disable the trackpad when a USB device is plugged in and second change the touchpad delay to "No Delay before clicking" that way you wont have this problem. Of course it could be that you have a low battery or on a rare occasion just a bad mouse. And if you are serious about your gaming and need laser response time that even an optical mouse can't give you but the product I recommend below.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are using on a shiny surface the light used to propel the mouse will scatter and the mouse will act erratic.
