Is the receiver for this mouse a usb-c? null

I have this Logitech M325s mouse in many colors, including Graphite like yours. The receiver for this mouse is a USB-A. You can buy a converter dongle if you need a USB-C.

The ones I received are not USB-c. Both were USB-A but USB-A to USB-c adapters are available.

No, it's a standard usb "A" connector.
