You open up the battery compartment and take out the USB plugin held inside. Take that small pulgin and plug it in to on of your computers USB ports. Make sure your mouse has a battery in it and switch the mouse to on. It should automatically connect to your computer.

To get this Logitech M325s to work - you open the back of the mouse and remove the USB dongle. Plug this dongle into the USB port in your computer. Flip the switch to on and you are good to go. These are plug and play - no software needed to start using. I have had this same mouse in many different colors and they all work in the same way. You must have each individual dongle that goes with each mouse.

There is an on/off button on the back of the mouse. You just have to switch it to on and put in the batteries.
