I've had an issue with the signal strength on my mouse, are you on a desktop and if so, is there something between the mouse and reciever(i.e. Even just my desk's surface was enough to cause problems) I solved my problem by using an USB extender I had lying around to move the reciever from the back of my PC to behind my monitor, where it works flawlessly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem using the Logitech M510 with an older laptop. Then I tried it with a new laptop and no issues at all. I don't know why this happened but for some reason this mouse just isn't compatible with all computers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There could be several things. Bad USB port, bad receiver, bad _________, could just be defective. Might be incompatible with whatever device you're using it with or the software isn't installed properly. Maybe the surface your using it on isn't recognizable by the sensor. Return it and get another one. I have one and it works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.there is a on/off switch on the bottom of the mouse. When the mouse is on, you should see green indicator. When the mouse is off, the indicator is red.
