• The scroll wheel is quiet, but the buttons do click. As far as the amount of pressure, it seems to work fine without much pressure at all. I do not suffer from carpel tunnel so I'm not sure how easily pain is generated by finger use. Good luck!

• very little pressure. I can se the mouse down and it won't move when I use light pressure on the scroll wheel. There is a faint clicking sound which I can't hear unless I hold the mouse close.
