“Will this mouse work in autocad 2015, auto desk revit architecture? Will this mouse zoom in/out of my project?, can I drag my drawing to the right and left? Are the small buttons programmable to the software I use above with key strokes, as in "delete" or "esc"?”

Once you draw a line (or move an object) and take your hand away there is no worry of bumping the mouse and losing the point. Just lay your hand back on the trackball and you are ready to continue from the exact location that you stopped.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. This type of mouse is great for design programs because it's extremely accurate and comfortable to use the track ball with your thumb. I use it with loads of publishing and editing software programs and it is much, much better than a traditional mouse in my opinion. Also, it comes with software that allows you to customize the functions for the various buttons.

The scroll wheel and buttons perform just as a regular mouse, but I am not sure if the other buttons can have another designation. If you know what the button's name is you may be able to assign them to a function in Autocad and revit.
