• No, there is not a left-handed trackball. However, there is an ambidextrous version with the trackball in the middle. My father is left handed and he loves it!

• Unfortunately, no. The M570 is currently only made in a right-handed version. Best Buy does sell a great Kensington ambidextrous trackball mouse (Expert Mouse), but it does cost a bit more than the M570.
