Is the mouse sonic( no clicking sound) null

No the mouse is no sonic. You hear every click.

Scroll wheel has a slight click, but the right and left buttons definitely have the traditional mouse "click" sound when pressed.

Only when the click scroll is turned off allowing smooth scrolling.

There is a mechanical clicking sound, when you click down on the mouse. Nothing from your speakers, of course, but there is a mechanical "click" when you press down. AFAIK, almost every mouse has that. It's not too loud; sounds like every other mouse I've ever used.

Mouse does make noise when clicked!

There is a mechanical click for the left and right buttons. The scroll knob rattles a bit.......

It does make the usual clicking sound.

All the buttons make a click sound when pressed. The scroll wheel in the non-continuous mode even has a slight sound. But in the continuous scroll mode it scrolls silently.

Their is a feature which allows you to switch between having the click sound on or off.
