Alt + 64 in or change your keyboard defaults settings to english ,then presess shift + 2

If neither of the SHIFT keys work there could be an issue with the keyboard. Logitech does have a 3 year limited hardware warranty on the keyboard and you can file a warranty claim if the issue is not resolved. Please visit support.logi.com to complete the claim.
