“I get a severe lag when typing using this keyboard and mouse - I have changed the batteries. Still get the lag. Really frustrating when you are trying to type in passwords!!! Not sure if there is anything else I can do to fix it.”

I haven't noticed any lag with my keyboard and mouse. Could it be a problem with your computer? Maybe a new update at the same time you tried the new keyboard and mouse? That's pretty common with older computers or computers with limited working memory.
