Is the mouse quiet.? The new Microsoft keyboard and mouse I just purchased.. (kicking myself in the head)..are the absolute noisiest products..I've ever heard.. Is this combo by Logitech quiet.? You can hear this mouse on the other side of the house .... I want one that you can NOT hear... Thanks...

I'd say yes, the mouse is quiet. It does make a soft click when you use it. The keyboard is slightly louder when typing quickly, but definitely not as loud as some.

The mouse clicks are very quiet. No risk of complaints from other members of your house.

Yes. All you hear is a "soft" click from the mouse and very little if any from the keyboard. I have bought four (4). I love it.

IMO these products are fairly quite. I'm not sure if you have a specific db rating requirements, but all and all this is less noisy than other keyboards and mice I've used.
