If it's under warranty and those two things have failed, contact Logitech to get replacements. They should not charge you anything for them....If you bought Geek Squade protection, you should just be able to physically take them into a best buy store to the Geek Squad desk and exchange them for a whole new keyboard and mouse with dongle. It seem kind of like overkill but, sell off the other/extra keyboard on Ebay and keep the new mouse and dongle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The MK550 uses the Unifying receiver as well as the M510, which is sold with a unifying receiver. If you purchase a new M510 you could link the keyboard to the unifying receiver included with the M510 and use them both off of the same receiver.
