“I just bought a new k850 keyboard/mouse from you. Got it Sunday, set it up, it worked great all day Monday. Today the mouse works but the keyboard doesn’t. I powered off and on, and disconnected Bluetooth. Now it’s no longer discoverable. Help!? Pls”

• I maybe wrong but it sounds like the keyboard and mouse is not pairing up together for the wi-fi.....
