“Keys not lighting up as well. I've had this keyboard only a couple of months and already I've noticed that several keys are not lighting up as well as the rest of the keyboard. I tried cleaning the affected keys, with no luck. Is this a common issue?”

I haven't had this issue but the keys can fall off and won't snap back on. You should take it for a replacement if you're within the manufacturer's or GS warranty period

But, this keyboard does come with a 1 year limited hardware warranty, so we can get that replaced for you.
