This keyboard is missing some important keys like Page UP/Down, and End. Are there workarounds for those keys? null

Hey RickyRicardo! When you download the free Logitech Options software https://www.logitech.com/en-us/software/options.html, you'll be able to edit what the F4 to F12 keys do to your preference. Now, not all every possible function will be listed there obviously, so in your case, the Page Up/Down/Home features can be done by pressing the FN key + one of the arrows (up, down, left, right).

I tried Fn + Arrow Keys, (left, right, up & down) respectively does not work in switching between tabs in MS Excel.

Try these instead:
Fn + Ctrl + arrow up is Page Up
Fn + Ctrl + down arrow is Page Down
Fn + Ctrl + right arrow is End
Fn + Ctrl + left arrow is Home

The arrow keys work for scrolling up and down a page. I believe you can use the Fn and down arrow to scroll to the end of a page
