“if i connect with bluetooth, am i able to acces the BIOS of the computer, at startup? OR, is the bolt receiver required for that? i have read that BIOS can't be accessed because computr has to get to windows first, for active bluetooth??”

Hey! Bluetooth isn't usually recognized until the operating system loads. You'll need to use a non-Bluetooth, wired or wireless keyboard to access the BIOS.
