“Hi - I bought a new iMac desktop & a new mx mini keyboard - I can't get the keyboard to pair up with the Mac. The MX shows up under "nearby devices" but never actually synchs up & the number "1" at the top row keep flashing. Help!”

conmigo se ha conectado con mi Ipad, el celular y con mi laptop pro, sin problemas, actulmente lo uso en mi Surface sin problemas y mi Iphone, no tengo en estos momento Ipad, pero anteriormente me funciono excelentemente

Hello! To put the MX Keys Mini TKL Wireless Bluetooth Scissor Keyboard with Backlit Keys in pairing mode, if the number 1 is flashing slowly, you'll need to hold it down that key for a few seconds so it starts flashing at a faster pace, which will mean it has entered pairing mode. Then, you should be able to select it from the list of available devices in your iMac Bluetooth menu. - Mathieu from Logitech
