Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it does. You may be having trouble because of the ergonomic nature of the mouse. When flicking down, your finger makes contact throughout the whole motion, but when you try to flick upwards, you generally only make contact through half of the motion, resulting in less velocity. On top of that, our fingers are generally stronger when contracting as opposed to extending. It just takes a little more force, but yes, you can hyper-scroll in both directions. You just can’t hyper-scroll with the horizontal scroll wheel. If you still have trouble, then there may be something wrong with the mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes my does!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Jonath, the hyper scroll wheel should work both ways. Make sure you have the setting turned "on" on the MX Master 3. You can also check your mouse scroll wheel settings using our Logitech Options software. You'll be able to change sensitivity and also add custom buttons to your mouse. i'll attach a link at the end of this message. Have a great day. https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/options
